Since the first prototype, we have continuously improved the T-WINCH through feedback from our customers.
Electronic main switch
With the radio remote control, the main switch can be turned off overnight and reactivated at the desired time.
No unwanted additional weights and no modification work on the basic machine thanks to the use of the T-WINCH
For daily operation, the supported machine only requires a hitch point dimensioned for the pulling force. The pulling force is adjusted via the radio remote control; the T-WINCH detects changes in direction on the rope automatically.
Radio remote control
The T-WINCH is operated using a radio remote control. In traction mode, this is only needed to receive feedback from the T-WINCH and to adjust the pulling force. It is not necessary to signal changes of direction, these are recognized hydraulically by the T-WINCH.
Soil protection
Serious ground damage can be drastically reduced with the T-WINCH, standing times after bad weather can be shortened, and the use of belts and chains can be reduced.

DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY
When we build a traction winch at ecoforst, we want to offer customers the opportunity to make their work even more efficient through modern design, well thought-out application functions and high-quality materials as well as high-quality supplier parts.
The FPT diesel engine transfers the torque to a double pump from Bosch Rexroth. These two pumps supply both the closed hydraulic pump for the traction winch and the open circuit for all other functions. To keep consumption low, all pumps are controlled by load sensing.

With the help of the radio remote control, the T-WINCH can be maneuvered to any position in the terrain.

The traction winch is securely secured using the shield and, if necessary, additional guy straps. The driver is notified on the radio remote control if the T-WINCH is not secure.

OPERATION
OPERATION
Once it has been firmly anchored in the terrain, the T-WINCH can be put into traction operation. The pulling force is adjusted on the remote control. Changes in direction are automatically recognized by the T-WINCH. “Set & Forget!” In principle, the driver does not have to think about operating the T-WINCH when working off-road, he can fully concentrate on operating the tethered machine.

The T-WINCH traction winch supports you when working on slopes and helps you increase your productivity to the maximum. Due to the improved driving characteristics of the forwarder in the field, chains or bandtracks can often be dispensed with.
