The T-WINCH 30.2 is a powerhouse with 441 hp (stage 2: 414 hp) and yet scores with its compact dimensions.
Improvements
Since the first prototype, we have continuously improved the T-WINCH through feedback from our customers. The overseas experience with the 10.1 led us to develop the 30.2.
No unwanted additional weights and no modification work on the basic machine thanks to the use of the T-WINCH
For daily operation, the supported machine only requires a hitch point dimensioned for the pulling force. The pulling force is adjusted via the radio remote control; the T-WINCH detects changes in direction on the rope automatically.
Radio remote control
The T-WINCH is operated using a radio remote control. In traction mode, this is only needed to get information from the T-WINCH and to adjust the pulling force. It is not necessary to signal changes of direction, these are recognized hydraulically by the T-WINCH.
Soil protection
Serious ground damage can be drastically reduced with the T-WINCH, standing times after bad weather can be shortened, and the use of belts.

DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY
When we build a traction winch at ecoforst, we want to offer customers the opportunity to make their work even more efficient through modern design, well thought-out application functions and high-quality materials as well as high-quality supplier parts.
The FPT diesel engine transfers the torque to a double pump from Bosch Rexroth. These two pumps supply both the closed hydraulic circuit for the traction winch and the open circuit for all other functions. To keep consumption low, all pumps are controlled by load sensing.

With the help of the radio remote control, the T-WINCH can be maneuvered to any position on the terrain.

If it happens to be too steep, the T-WINCH can pull itself up the mountain in synchronization with the chassis.

The traction winch is secured using the blade and, if necessary, additional straps. The driver is notified on the radio remote control if the T-WINCH is not secure.

Tools, straps and other slings can be stored safely locked in the hydraulically lowerable tool box.
OPERATION
OPERATION
Once it has been firmly anchored in the terrain, the T-WINCH traction winch can be put into traction mode. The pulling force is adjusted on the remote control. Changes in direction are automatically recognized by the T-WINCH. -“Set & Forget!” In principle, the driver does not have to think about operating the T-WINCH when working the tethered machine.
